Growth groups

Growth Groups aren't meant to be classes.  They are groups of people coming together to grow in their faith together.  They are opportunities for people to discover how the Bible speaks into our everyday lives and do so with a group of others looking to discover the same things.  Each group is led by people who desire to help you not only learn, but apply the truth of the Bible to real life.  Below you'll find groups that are beginning on Sunday, August 11.

THIS SEMESTER, ALL OF OUR GROWTH GROUPS WILL MEET AT 4:30 pm.

During this time, we also have Preschool, Children's, & Student Choir available for kids and students.  CLICK HERE to get more information about these opportunities!

If you've missed being a part of one of these groups, check back here soon for information about new groups that will be forming for our second Fall cycle which will begin on October 20.  We'd love to have you join us!

  • JESUS AMONG SECULAR GODS

THE qUESTIONS OF cULTURE & tHE iNVITATION OF cHRIST

    sundays @ 4:30 PM

    A 6-week study for adults

Written by Ravi Zacharias & Vince Vitale

    Group Leader: Dr. Earl Kellett

Learn how to confront the empty promises of cultural philosophies and develop confidence sharing the claims of Christ.

As belief in the secular gods of atheism, hedonism, relativism, and humanism continues to grow, it’s more important than ever for believers to be able to defend and share the claims of Christ. Of course, this clash of worldviews is nothing new. Throughout Paul’s writing in the New Testament are references to elemental forces that seek to separate believers from the love and truth of Jesus.

Not only has the Christian worldview been devalued and dismissed by modern culture, but its believers are also openly ridiculed as irrelevant.

This six-session Bible study challenges the popular and trending philosophies of the day, skillfully pointing out the fallacies in their claims and presenting compelling evidence for absolute truth as found in Jesus and revealed in Scripture. This study helps seekers explore the claims of Christ and provides Christians with the knowledge to articulate their faith that Jesus stands tall above all other gods.

    Session Dates: August 11, 18, 25 & September 1, 8, 15

  • NEw! JUST FOR STUDENTS

    The FOUNDATIONS OF FOLLOWING JESUS

    SUNDAYS @ 4:30 PM

    A 8-WEEK STUDY FOR 6-12 Grade STUDENTS

GROUP LEADERs: Jason & Nicole Martin

This semester, we're offering a group for students to gather together and talk honestly about the fundamentals of following Jesus.  There are foundational things we must do to be successful in sports, our school work, and relationships.  This is also true when it comes to following Jesus.  Sometimes, it's the most important and fundamental things that are the most difficult to do.

During this time, Jason & Nicole will help students discover what those things are, why they are so important, and the difference they can make in everyday life!

    Session Dates: August 11, 18, 25 and September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
