Our Family is all about making followers of Jesus through loving Him and leading others to do the same.
The Lord has been so good and continues to be! Don’t ever forget!
I just want to thank you for your patience and your cooperation with us as we've continued to navigate through this time. Our next big change is coming. Beginning Sunday, November 1st, we will return to our regular Sunday AM time schedule.
8:30 AM - Early Worship
9:45 AM - Small Group Bible Studies
11:00 AM - Late Worship
We believe that our Small Groups are the best way for people to connect personally with others and grow in their faith as a community. We've worked for weeks to determine how we could return to meeting in these groups while still maintaining social distancing and providing an environment where everyone can feel confident and safe. So, whether you've been a part of any of our groups or not, here's how you can connect or re-connect with a small group! Below is a list of all our small groups along with where and when they will be meeting on campus.
All On-Campus Small Groups will meet at 9:45 AM on Sundays
1. We will cease all in-person services, meetings, and activities immediately through Sunday, September 27. This means we will be worshipping together online only, through Facebook Live, for the next 2 Sunday mornings, September 20 & 27. Please watch via your Facebook account or use this link, www.fb.com/fbclindale/live, if you don’t have a Facebook account. We’ll be sharing music recorded from previous worship services and I will be bringing my messages to you from home, as we did at the beginning of the pandemic.
2. There will be no music ministry rehearsals or gatherings tonight, September 16, nor next Wednesday, September 23. These will resume on Wednesday, September 30 in preparation for in-person worship on Sunday, October 4.
3. Our Wednesday evening Prayer Gatherings & Bible Studies will continue to be via Facebook Live, beginning at 6:00 PM each week.
4. Our Sanctuary and main building will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for our return on October 4.
It’s especially important, for all those in attendance this past Sunday, to monitor your health in the coming days. If you feel you were in close or direct contact with one of our band members or staff for 15 mins or longer this past Sunday, we encourage you to consider being tested. This is especially if you experience flu or cold-like symptoms in the coming days.
We also ask you to help us inform other members of our church who may not receive this email or see postings on our website or social media accounts.
If you have any questions, you can contact the Church Office during regular hours (M-Th, 8:30AM-4:30PM) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Don’t be discouraged! Don’t be afraid! We serve a faithful, sovereign God who has promised to never forsake us. Encourage one another. Continue to show care in following guidelines for social distancing and wearing masks when needed so that we can be back together as soon as possible. God is always working…even through circumstances like this. Don’t stop looking for His hand and watch for the good things He will bring as we remain faithful and unified together as a church family!
I love you guys very much!
I hope to see you on Facebook soon!
“God is our refuge and strength, a helper who is always found in times of trouble. Therefore we will not be afraid, though the earth trembles and the mountains topple into the depths of the seas, though its water roars and foams and the mountains quake with its turmoil.” - Psalm 46:1-3 CSB
